In my individual relationship therapy I will offer you an opportunity to explore the dynamics of your relationships in a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment.
As an integrative counsellor I use a flexible whole-person approach to tailor different therapy approaches to meet your individual needs and circumstances.
We will explore together your personal patterns, beliefs and experiences that influence how you relate to others.
We will also focus on your thoughts, emotions and behaviours to help you build self-awareness and clarity about your needs, boundaries and values within relationships.
This will help you develop healthier communication skills, improve your emotional regulation and learn how to respond rather than react during conflict.
Our therapy can also help you heal your past relationship experiences, including breakups, attachment wounds, abusive relationships, generational trauma or other relational challenges, which could otherwise carry into future connections or even generations.
Over time, therapy can empower you to make more intentional choices in your relationships and more balanced fulfilling connections.
